Extra final cleaning to application of the tenant: European 50,00€.

The prices are in European for week according to the select period and they understand light, gas, tax of stay and warm water gotten through the solar panels. In case of prolonged maltempo you/he/she can be in demand a supplement of maximum 50 European to week for the consumption of gas-oil.

DEPOSIT: 30% of the weekly quota to the booking. The deposit is not reimbursable with inferior warning a 30 days from the date of arrival.

PAYMENT TO FIRM: To the arrival, to the delivery of the apartment.

SECURITY: To the arrival for a security is asked of European 100,00 as guarantee for possible damages, that you/he/she will be returned at the end of the stay.

The stays begin to the hours 16:00 of the day of arrival and they finish to the hours 10 of the day of departure

ANIMALS: The animals are admitted only on application and previous authorization.

WASHER: The washer is to disposition of all beginning from 7 pm (as suggested by the corporate body that it furnishes the electric energy).

RESPONSIBILITY' OF THE TENANT: The tenant is kept to maintain the apartment in good state and is responsible of any damage caused during the stay to the ownership, to the furnishings and the accessories.

The tenant hocks him to return the apartment in order as you/he/she has been given.
